A healthy credo to grow up with and live by...
I spent several years of my youth involved with 4-H and I still think their credo is one to live by...
The 4-H Pledge
"I pledge my Head to clearer thinking,
my Heart to greater loyalty,
my Hands to larger service,
and my Health to better living
. . . for my Club, my community, my country and my world."
Sadly, I don't think a lot of people pay attention to the First part.... the world could seriously use some "clearer thinking" these days.
